We are more than happy to send our pieces to you, no matter where in the world you live!


Preparing your order

Please note that whilst the majority of pieces are kept in stock, some pieces are made to order and/or need to be sized. Also, it is a legal requirement for jewellery to be hallmarked by an ‘Assay Office’ on the UK mainland once the piece is finished. This means it can take up to 3 weeks for a ‘non-stock’ item to be ready for postage or collection.

You will receive a notification email when your package is posted (and a tracking number if you have selected a ‘tracked’ delivery option)

If you need a piece sooner than 3 weeks or for a specific date (Christmas, a birthday or anniversary for example), please contact me before placing your order to ensure availability and to let me know it's a priority.

Shipping Provider

We use Royal Mail for all our shipping and postal services. We have found them to be by far the most reliable service for sending packages to and from our workshop in Shetland.

Shipping charges

We offer a range of shipping options depending on where in the world the package is being sent. There are two charge categories - ‘letters’ (gift and greetings cards) and packages (all jewellery pieces). There are no additional charges for multiple items in the same package. Shipping options will be presented at checkout.

    • Signed & insured - letter £9.50, package £15.40

  • Royal Mail World Zone 2 (inc. Australia and New Zealand)
