Bespoke design consultation
for clients wishing to have a new bespoke piece made
additional info may include pre-design inspiration and information
Repair consultation
for clients wishing to discuss having a piece of their own jewellery repaired or altered
additional info may include the type of jewellery and the nature of the repairs or alterations
Resizing or exchange
for clients who wish to have a piece from my collections adjusted or exchanged for another piece
additional info may include the names of the piece(s)
Group or individual visit/viewing
for visitors who want to ensure we will be open and have a member of staff available to assist
additional info may include the number of visitors in the party and specific interests
Pickup completed piece
for clients picking up a bespoke, pre-paid collection, or repaired, piece
Design Experience
for clients who have purchased a Design Experience

Cancellations and reschedules
When you book an appointment you will receive a confirmation email with a link to allow you to cancel or reschedule your timeslot.
We would appreciate it if you could cancel or reschedule at your earliest convenience so the timeslot can be made available to someone else.
